The products are not resistant to: ketones, strong bases, amines, esters.

 

The Thermodyn product family includes:

  • FLUORODYN CAULK made with VITON - sealant based on Viton (fluorocarbon rubber), liquid sealant, after drying, forms a seal against most chemicals, including acids, hydrocarbons, fuels). It works perfectly as a technical seal of: Flanged joints, pipe casings, concrete, valves.
  • THP-1000 - Viton fluoroelastomer-based anticorrosion coating, which provides excellent corrosion protection against most chemical substances as well as ozone and UV radiation.
  • THP-2000 - protective coating with a drying accelerator
  • THA-3000 - adhesive based on Viton.

In general, Fluorodyn ™ Caulk made with Viton®, THP-1000, THP-2000, THP-3000 are the advanced products with resistance to aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons, halogenated hydrocarbons, hot oils, hot acids, temperature to 244 °C. After drying, they have increased resistance to almost all chemical substances, including nitric, sulfuric and hydrochloric acids. They protect well against destruction by atmospheric influences and ozone. Good weathering and ozone resistance.
